When ordering a refurbished computer online, there’s always some risk. It’s nice to know that even if a product has an issue, the seller is willing to help. The HP laptop I ordered had a few issues, however the [RenewIT HUB] staff provided prompt & continued correspondence and 100% did everything they could to support. I’d say this is a trustworthy seller & I’d give them my highest recommendation.

I ordered the M1 macbook pro from this seller 3 weeks ago. The laptop was in excellent condition. The screen had no cracks, the hardware felt brand new and the keyboard and ports all worked. Shipping was fast too. The only issue I had was the battery health percentage being low, at 85%, but that’s easily replaced with a new battery.
Superb customer service from this seller. The items I received was in perfect condition as mentioned, though unfortunately it doesn’t have the specs i’m in need off. That said, the seller is understanding and was easy to communicate with, I would definitely buy from this vendor again in the future if i’m in need of any of their product. 12/10 rating.
Ordered a Dell Precision 3541, Core i7, 16gb, 512gb SSD. All the internals, the screen, and keyboard were in excellent condition. Worked flawlessy. Battery had good life. Only one small caveat: 3 of the bottom rubber feet were missing. So if you put it on a smooth table, it would move! I glued on some extra’s I had in my collection, and now its perfect.
