1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to purchases made directly from RenewIT Hub Inc. (“RenewIT Hub”, “we”, “us”), including purchases arranged by phone, email, through our website, or at pickup in Mississauga, Ontario. By placing an order or buying a device from us, you agree to these Terms.

Purchases made through third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, Best Buy Marketplace, Newegg, or eBay) are governed by that marketplace’s own return, refund, and warranty policies.

2. Products and condition

We sell refurbished laptops, desktops, tablets, and phones. All devices are pre-owned, professionally tested, and inspected before sale. Every device is fully functional. Each is assigned a cosmetic grade: A+ (like new, no visible marks), A (very light signs of use), B+ (light scratches or scuffs), or B (more noticeable cosmetic wear). Grades describe appearance only and do not affect function or warranty coverage.

Product photos and descriptions are provided for reference. Specifications, availability, and pricing may change without notice. We will confirm the details of your device before completing your purchase.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise, and applicable taxes are added at checkout. We accept credit card, Interac e-Transfer, and cash. Payment must be received in full before a device is shipped or released at pickup.

4. Pickup and shipping

Local pickup in Mississauga is available by appointment for single devices and bulk orders. To book a pickup, call 289-242-3501 or email sales@renewithub.com.

We ship across Canada and the USA. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier and location. Please inspect your device on arrival and contact us promptly if there is any damage from shipping.

5. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of pickup or delivery for a full refund.

  • Contact us at sales@renewithub.com or 289-242-3501 to start a return.
  • The device must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all included accessories.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned device has been received and checked. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. 90-day warranty

Every device sold directly by RenewIT Hub includes a 90-day warranty from the date of pickup or delivery. The warranty covers parts and labour for hardware and software issues caused by faulty components, such as the CPU.

If a covered issue occurs, contact us and we will repair or replace the device. If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, including drops, cracked screens, or liquid damage
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear, cosmetic changes, or battery capacity decline from regular use
  • Software, viruses, or data problems not caused by a faulty component
  • Loss of data. Please back up your data before sending a device for service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RenewIT Hub’s total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the device. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, or other applicable consumer protection laws.

We collect only the information needed to process your order and support your purchase. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
